Rajendra offers consistent sup-port and guides the sales team for development of trade lanes & industrial verticals to achieve bud-geted sales numbers. He also handles corporate sales and ensures they get the competitive analysis. Rajendra is also spearheading the branding initiatives for Mileage and is responsible for maintaining, elevating the positive image for the organisation. Rajendra is a football fan and holds a keen interest in other sports as well.
Mahesh has a diverse experience spanning over 20 years in the Logistics industry and has worked in multiple departments viz. finance, customer service, operations and sales. At Mileage, Mahesh is responsible for supporting and guiding the Operations Team in handling the shipments as per sys-tems and processes. Mahesh has an expertise in providing tailor-made solutions to the customers and implementing business as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as detailed out in the customer contracts. Mahesh is also responsible for developing & strengthening vendor relationships and ensures better procurement, services from vendors through proper performance measurement process.
Mahesh is a music aficionado and loves listening to evergreen Bollywood classics.
Bharat is a veteran with over 29 years of experience in the Logistics Industry. With his high level of ambition and astute sense of business, Bharat has successfully treaded into the industry dominated by erstwhile giants and has made his mark. Bharat’s wide and deep domain expertise comes from his long stints in the industry – 15 years in Airfreight and 14 years overlooking the P&L. He has worked with National as well as Multinational organisations. Before associating with Mileage, Bharat worked as a Vice President with one of the top 5 Global organisations overlooking the P&L for the Western region. Bharat has a great understanding and experience in International Trade. At Mileage, Bharat personally focuses on building and strengthening the relationships with overseas partners. He also takes keen interest in handling all the compliance issues for the organisation.
Bharat leads from the front and supports the strategic business units to define and refine corporate (long-term) and business (short-term) strategies with a focus on designing, implementing new business ideas, process as well as digital transformation innovation, strategic planning, competitive analysis, corporate intelligence and performance measurement processes.
