Supporting the Customer in upholding the Logistics cost within the Budget set in 2018 to their final buyer.
How did we tackle this?
Splitting the shipment- Main unit via Ro-Ro vessel on MAFI trailer and accessories in 40’HC containers.
What were the tasks on hand?
Multiple pickup locations and delivery to Mumbai & Nhava Sheva Port, CFS & Port Operations and on-time delivery at Port of Destination.
What was the outcome?
Successfully delivered the cargo on time and within the customer’s budget.
